Danielle Rub is a Chicago based interior designer who has had a passion for design since an early age, even stating in her 5th grade yearbook that she wanted to be a designer someday. Inspired by her grandma’s interior design projects, Danielle developed a fascination with textiles & colors and would often ask her grandma to tag along on trips to the Mart as a child. While her love of design never faded, by the time she was thinking about colleges her father convinced her that pursuing a business degree would be more advantageous.

After graduating from University of Iowa Danielle went on to work for General Mills in finance, but her passion for design never waned. After working as a financial analyst for two years she made the decision to switch careers and pursue her love of interior design. She furthered her education by enrolling in the Master of Arts in Interior Design program at Harrington College of Design and went on to work for a number of notable interior design firms in Chicago before going out on her own.

Danielle has extensive experience with high-end residential and boutique commercial projects in the greater Chicago area and select locations around the country. Her intuitive understanding of her clients and ability to work within a broad range of styles have granted her the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, encompassing everything from traditional to modern, with each project uniquely tailored to the client.
